A Foraging Workshop & Seasonal Kitchen Experience

Spring is nature's invitation to reset—and what you eat can transform how you feel. Join us for a workshop dedicated to understanding seasonal eating and experiencing the vibrant, lighter energy that comes from cooking and sharing spring's freshest ingredients.

You'll discover why eating with the seasons matters—and see it come to life through cooking demonstrations. After a brief outdoor walk to spot and pick wild garlic, we'll return to the kitchen where you'll watch us create beautiful spring dishes that showcase seasonal produce at its peak. From wild garlic pesto to other vibrant spring recipes, you'll gain inspiration and practical techniques to take home, learning how to turn the abundance growing around you into nourishing, delicious food that celebrates this moment in the year.

Throughout the morning, we'll explore why seasonal eating matters: how spring vegetables are naturally lighter and more nutrient-dense when harvested at their peak, and how they support your body's transition from winter's heavier foods. You'll discover the connection between what's growing around you and what your body actually needs.

The experience culminates at 1pm, when we gather together at a beautifully set spring table to enjoy everything we've prepared. This is where the magic happens—sharing food, conversation, and the simple pleasure of eating in harmony with the season.

Whether you're coming solo or with friends or family, this workshop is designed as a shared experience. There's something beautiful about awakening to the season with others, and with limited numbers, there's real space for conversation and connection. It's the perfect way to start spring together. Whether you're curious about foraging, want to cook more seasonally, or simply crave a meaningful spring experience, we'd love to welcome you.
