Join us this autumn for an enchanting Sicilian-inspired culinary journey with talented private chef & event planner Sabrina Damiani of Damiani Fine Dining @damianifinedining and food & lifestyle creator Gill Murray of Violet Kitchen Studios @violetkitchenstudios.

Come and gather with kindred spirits as we transport you to the sun-drenched shores of Sicily through an immersive cookery demonstration showcasing the vibrant flavours and time-honoured traditions of this magnificent Mediterranean island. Watch as Sabrina demonstrates how to create authentic Sicilian dishes bursting with fresh herbs, sun-ripened tomatoes, golden olive oil, and the aromatic spices that define this beloved cuisine. Meanwhile, Gill will craft a stunning Sicilian-themed table setting that captures the warmth and rustic elegance of a traditional Sicilian gathering, complete with golden citrus tones, Mediterranean botanicals, and artisanal touches that tell the story of this captivating culture.

Together we will set our long table with colours and decorations inspired by the Sicilian landscape, with touches of vibrant citrus that echo the island's famous lemon groves. Here we will gather to discuss all things creative as we share our experiences of food and travel, whilst savouring the delicious lunch that follows our demonstration, accompanied by a carefully selected glass of wine that complements the Sicilian flavours.

Throughout the day, you will be able to document the story of our Sicilian journey on your phones or cameras should you wish. Gill will be on hand to share her expertise in creative visual storytelling, styling and table arrangement, offering insights into capturing the essence of Mediterranean living, whilst Sabrina will be there to answer all your cooking-related queries and share the secrets behind authentic Sicilian cuisine.

This workshop will suit anyone with a love for food and table styling, particularly those drawn to the romance and flavours of Mediterranean cooking. It is designed for all levels. You will have the opportunity to ask plenty of questions throughout the workshop and take lots of photos and videos to create your own stunning visual story inspired by the colours, textures, and flavours of Sicily.
