Crack & Crunch: Frozen Grape Bark

Refreshing frozen bark treat with juicy grapes, creamy vanilla yoghurt, crunchy pistachios, and smooth milk chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g seedless grapes
  • 450 g vanilla yoghurt
  • 55 g crushed pistachios
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Rinse and pat dry the grapes.
  2. Pour the grapes in a single layer in a 30×20 cm tin or baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix vanilla yoghurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the yoghurt mixture over the grapes in the tin and mix in.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios evenly over the top.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  7. Melt the milk chocolate until smooth.
  8. Remove the frozen treat from the freezer and drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.
  9. Return to the freezer for 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate before serving.
  10. Break and enjoy chilled.
