Delicious foraged brambles have been added to this healthy smoothie bowl for the perfect breakfast or brunch.
Makes 2 bowls.
Ingredients:
100ml coconut water
200ml greek yoghurt
1 banana
Couple of handfuls of foraged brambles
1 tsp cinnamon
Handful of ice
Method:
Place all the ingredients into a blender, blending until smooth. Divide into bowls and top with a mix of coconut flakes, seeds, nuts and brambles.
