I was recently gifted a couple of lip products from VIEVE to try — the Bounce Balm in Vieve Vanilla and Modern Lip Definer in Brat — and packed them with me for a few days in New York.

The Bounce Balm has quickly become a favourite. It gives my lips this beautiful glossy, almost glass-like finish, while still feeling more like a nourishing balm than a traditional lip gloss.

I paired it with the Modern Lip Definer in Brat, which adds just enough definition without feeling too done. Together they made such an easy everyday lip combination and ended up being what I reached for throughout the trip.

A very simple beauty discovery, but one that’s definitely staying in my make-up bag.
